The University of North Carolina Department of Athletics and Carolina Football will honor all current and former members of the United States military on September 10th, during their game against Rutgers. This event is held in conjunction with the UNC-Chapel Hill ROTC units in the Air Force, Army and Navy programs.
Kick-off in Kenan Stadium is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.
This is a great opportunity for Carolina football fans to express their appreciation and gratitude as the University honors the men and women of our armed forces. There will be pre-game and halftime ceremonies.
The university is also providing half price tickets ($25.00) to all current and former military personnel as well as their accompanying family members. Get more details: Military Appreciation Day
