Ray Smith Passes

Ray G. Smith, former National Commander, American Legion, died on October 26, 2011. He was the national commander of a 2.8 million-member American Legion in 2000. He also served on the North Carolina Veterans Affairs Commission for the past ten years. Continue reading →
