Membership numbers move up and down based on speed in which our continuing members renew membership.  One way to keep them constant is to become a PUFL (Paid Up For Life) member.  All posts in the district should monitor membership status and have the post adjutant coordinate contact of members who have not yet responded to their renewal notice.  Remember that personalized attention (a call from the Adjutant, Membership Committee, or Post/Vice Commander) works far better that a letter.

That’s right!  The national convention is here in North Carolina for 2014.  It is at the Charlotte Convention center August 22-28, 2014, and 11,000 people are expected to participate.  Are you ready to attend?  Can you help as a volunteer?
