We are located on the Caswell County Fairgrounds. Just come on down the road from Yoder’s Amish Store and look for the new, brightly lit sign. Our post hut is at 592 County Home Rd., Blanch, NC 27212. Send mail to PO Box 1553, Yanceyville, NC 27379.
We are active in the community and encourage support for our local veterans and our serving veterans. The post works with local posts within the district and posts int he Danville, VA, area.
Post 89 is striving to excel. A new Commander (Jeff Sicz), addition of a telephone and internet, involvement in numerous activities, to include the Caswell County Veterans Memorial project, revitalization of Post 89, refurbishment of the facilities (Veterans Hut), and parades, ceremonials, and festivals. Members are the life blood of the American Legion. Veterans, please locate your nearest post and become an active member. We hope you will give us a call. Call us anytime at 336-694-1332.
You will see our canopy at the Hoedown, local events, and other festivities. Be sure to drop by and sit a spell. Our members are friendly and welcome strangers. Who knows, we may make a lifelong friend out of you.
