Rules, rules. They are a fact of life.  We exist because we were chartered as a post under the American Legion’s federal charter.

Rules also protect the American Legion, the respective departments, and the posts.  They give us the authority to act as American Legionnaires.  They are there to ensure that all  posts and departments act as one.

The American Legion and the North Carolina Department provide outstanding resources on-line.  We operate openly.  Our rules and regulations are out there for all to see.
