The easiest way to type is to not type at all.  Why not just cut and paste?  Take the text your receive in an incoming email and cut out the part you need and paste it into your posting.  This is the best way to transfer information about an event date and time.  There are no errors, when you use what was sent to you.

Of course, you can never cut and paste copyrighted published material or photos without obtaining permission first.

Another way is to dictate your story.  If you have a smartphone, you may have already had an opportunity to dictate your responses to email.  On a Droid, it’s that little microphone to the left of, and next to, the space bar.
